I confirm and agree that the following terms and conditions and undertakings apply to all any activities undertaken throughout this retreat hosted by Cassey Maynard. 

1. Ceremonial and Healing services provided by Cassey Maynard ("Me") to the client ("you") are distinctly different from counselling, psychotherapy or psychoanalysis and does not deal with the diagnosis or treatment of emotional problems. Since my services do not constitute medical consultation or treatment, health insurance does not apply.

2. I have been examined by a licensed medical practitioner (“Practitioner”) within the past six months and have been found by such practitioner fit to perform exercise and all types of movement including breath-work, walking, swimming and remedial massage.

3. I will follow instructions from Cassey Maynard and all retreat facilitators and contractors in order to safely participate in activities and rituals.

4. The $1000 deposit and any other payments paid by me under this enrolment form and as per the conditions indicated by email are not refundable. 

5. Cassey Maynard at all times up to 2 weeks out from retreat commencement date has sole and unfettered discretion the choice to terminate this contract on the basis that not enough people or customers have booked or arrived at the retreat. Whether or not enough people/customers have attended any retreat will be decided by Cassey Maynard in its sole, absolute and unfettered discretion. If Cassey Maynard terminates this contract for this reason a full refund will be offered.
